This printable chart describes the color (red, blue, yellow, green, and clear), function, and orientation (horizontal or vertical) of each acetate that the Unit for Laboratory Animal Medicine (ULAM) uses to communicate important information about animals to laboratory personnel.

The document also includes contact information for questions about acetates placed in specific animal care rooms, as well as who to contact if you would like additional training on the use of acetates.
