The IRBMED office prefers eResearch correspondence as a means of communication between IRBMED and study teams. Other communication options include phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Statement of Practice
The IRBMED office preferred method of contact by study team and/or study investigators is via eResearch Correspondence. Study teams can also utilize phone, Outlook email, video conferencing (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and/or in-person consultations. The office staff will use one of these methods to communicate with the study team and/or study investigators who contact IRBMED staff.
Include the submission number (eg. HUM#, AME#, etc.) and any time-sensitive issues when inquiring about a specific submission.
